We head to sunny southern California to meet Denny Sun and his Aerobat. Denny purchased this former rental with his two partners in 1997. Since then, it has been repainted, in the original scheme, and has new glass, upholstery, Hooker Harness, and a Sparrowhawk upgrade. Denny flies mostly around his home airport at LGB and is a common visitor at Catalina and Chino. You can read more about 40B in the Spring 2021 edition of the Beacon.
