Morn Nortier
Aircraft of the Quarter, 3rd Quarter, 2020
In 3rd quarter of 2020 we went across the pond to Oudtshoorn in Western Cape, South Africa and met Morne Nortier and his Cessna 150 “Poeksie.” The fact that you can see this neat airplane is due to Morne’s dedication and hard work. An Electrical Engineer and Retired Teacher by trade, he took an airplane that came to him in pieces, and rebuilt, restored, and converted it into this Texas Taildragger and Bird Dog replica.
