  • Center Console Size Reduced
  • Wing Strut Fairings Added
  • Nylon Covers Added on Solenoids
  • Ratchet Type Mixture Control
  • Optional Dual Heat Muff Winterization Kit

In model year 1968 the Flap Switch was changed to allow for hands-off flap retraction. You have to hold the lever in the down position for extension, but when you select up, let go of the switch and it stays in the up position for retraction. The Flap Position Indicator was moved from above the left door to the Left Door Post. The center console width was reduced 2 inches for more knee room. Top and bottom wing strut fairings were added. The ratchet type mixture control was introduced. For those operators up in the great white north, a Dual Heat Muff Winterization Kit was available to get some more heat in the cockpit during those long cold winters.

In 1968 Rolls Royce started producing Continental 0-200s for the F150. A total of 2,110 150s, and 170 F150s were produced in ’68, and Cessna delivered it’s 10,000th Cessna 150, N22124, S/N 15068975.
