Cessna made several major changes in the third full year of the 150. The rear windows were increased in size by 15% to provide more visibility for pleasure and safety. The main gear was moved aft 2 inches to improve balance while loading and ground handling. The control column behind the instrument panel was change from a “T” shape to a “Y” shape. This allowed the radios to be stacked in the center instrument instead of on the right side. An optional split-seat allowed each individual seat its own adjustment fore and aft and recline. Interior Door Handles changed to flush style. The forward section of the Baggage Shelf was now removable for more luggage space. Electrical and Ignition Switches were moved to the top of the instrument panel. And Cleveland wheels and brakes replaced Goodyear (15059119 and on)
